Application Forms for use inside the United
Kingdom (UK) only
The following application forms are to be used if applying for an
extension of stay or indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
These forms are designed to be printed on plain white A4 paper and
you should submit them like this. Please make sure that you print
off the whole form, including the Guidance Notes at the end, which
you should read before filling in the form. The application form
will give you details of all the documents, photographs and any
other information you will need to provide with your application.

EEC3
Use Form EEC3 to apply for a family member residence stamp for Non-EEA
national dependants of persons required to register under the Accession
State Worker Registration Scheme.

ECAA
From 1 March 2004 nationals of those countries who wish to establish
themselves in business in the UK under the provisions of EC Association
Agreements which are outlined in paragraphs 211 to 223 of the Immigration
Rules will be able to apply directly from their own countries.
Applicants who submit the ECAA assessment form will be notified
of the assessment decision in writing and if they meet the required
criteria to be granted leave under this particular category they
will then have to obtain the necessary entry clearance from the
UK Embassy in their country before they can come to the UK and establish
themselves in business.

FLR(IED)
From 1 April 2004 there will be changes to the way limited Leave
to Remain (LTR) applications are made. From this date, this will
affect individuals who are applying for Limited Leave to Remain
in the UK in the following immigration categories:
• Work Permit arrangements (including dependants)
• Sectors Based Scheme
• Home Office approved Training or Work Experience (including
dependants)
• Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (including dependants)
• Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme

BUS
Use Form BUS to apply for an extension of stay or for indefinite
leave to remain in the United Kingdom as a business person, sole
representative, retired person of independent means, investor or
innovator.
Application Forms for use outside the United
Kingdom (UK) only
Application form VAF6 - ECAA is now published on the UKvisas website.
This form is for use only by Bulgarian and Romanian nationals applying
to set up in business under the ECAA provisions and their dependants.
