INSIDE SALES MANAGER  This is a key management position responsible for all internal sales functions for units/equipment, with a strong focus on delivering customer satisfaction.  The candidate’s leadership skills are key to the success of this role.  Position includes responsibility for management of daily activities of inside sales staff, while supporting regional managers & dealer network; pricing analysis and assisting with establishment of pricing policies;  identification of revenue opportunities and monitoring competitive activity & trends.     Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree; significant experience in truck equipment and sales; strong computer skills, including use of spreadsheets; strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, problem analysis and resolution ability; must have ability to work with equipment specifications.  Our company offers a competitive compensation and benefit program.
